Robert Hetsler is a former Florida Supreme Court Certified Family and County Mediator. He is a practicing mediator with offices in Orlando Florida. He has been practicing as a mediator for eight years and his practice is thriving. He pioneered the field for pro-se mediation throughout Florida and has mediated over 2,500 cases.
Further, Robert has testified and been qualified as an expert witness in personal injury cases, commercial litigation and divorce cases involving valuing marital business, lifestyle analysis (alimony cases), and in determining actual income of self-employed individuals throughout Florida and Georgia. He has also been retained to provide Pension Valuations in divorce cases. Further, Robert has also been appointed as a neutral business valuator in litigation cases. Robert’s skills are diverse because, in addition to having a Doctorate degree in Jurisprudence (not a member of the Florida Bar), he is also a Licensed Certified Public Accountant (Licensed in Virginia) as well as a Nationally Certified Business Appraiser (“CVA”), Forensic Certified Public Accountant by the Forensic CPA Society (“FCPA”), Certified Forensic Financial Analyst with a focus in Matrimonial Litigation (“CFFA”) and Certified in Financial Forensics by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“CFF”).
Finally Robert is an active member of the, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Valuation & Litigation Section), the American College of Forensics International and the Association for Conflict Resolution.
